天王町駅から徒歩圏内にあり、小高い場所にあるため見晴らしが良いお寺です。敷地はそれほど広くありませんが、庭園は池や植物が整えられており、建物と植栽の調和が取れた美しい空間となっています。本堂へは左側の小道から階段を登って進みます。
