本堂前の枯山水は非常にきれいに整備されています。境内には仲哀天皇の殯斂地（遺体仮安置の場所）を示す石碑があり、山へと続く石段がありますが、立ち入りは制限されています。春には桜が美しく、静かな雰囲気の中で参拝できる場所です。
