こじんまりとした静かな雰囲気の神社で、参道には十二支の彫刻や大きな蛇の石像など見どころがあります。境内には砂利敷きの駐車場があり、社務所は無人ですが、宮司宅で御朱印や飴をいただくことも可能です。周囲の環境を含め、落ち着いて参拝できる場所です。
