境内は手入れが行き届いており、気持ちよく参拝できます。門の枝垂れ桜や庭の松、天井画、裏手墓地の桜など見どころが多く、蓮や紫陽花の季節も知られています。御朱印の受付はあり、駐車場は入り口付近が狭いものの、坂を上った先にUターンできるスペースがあります。
