祇園の喧騒から離れた静かな禅寺で、風神雷神図屏風の複製や大双龍図など見どころが多く、建物や庭園も立派です。お堂の中には小さな庭があり、夏でも涼やかに過ごせます。御朱印は建物内の窓口で受付可能で、御朱印帳の購入により直書きもいただけます。
