東川町の中心部に位置し、アクセスしやすい場所に鎮座しています。境内は柏や檜の木々が茂り、森のような落ち着いた雰囲気です。社殿は重厚な造りで手入れが行き届いており、特徴的な「松前神楽の当たり矢」や、木彫りの彩飾が施された末社などが見どころです。社務所では月替わりの御朱印のほか、おみくじや厄割石などの授与品も用意されています。
