山あじさいの品種が多く、特に紫陽花の時期には美しい景観を楽しめます。境内は広く、有料ですが山の上まで続く道を進むと見晴らしの良い場所に出られます。高台からの眺めも素晴らしく、お遍路道の途中にも位置しています。
