天台宗の寺院で、本尊は不動明王です。2024年の火災により本堂が消失しており、現在は更地となっていますが、薬師堂や鐘楼は残っています。御朱印はプレハブの寺務所で受付しており、武蔵国十三仏第六番札所でもあります。
