足利学校の敷地内、入徳門から参道の左側を歩いた場所にあり、参拝料はかかりません。学業成就の神として信仰を集めており、本殿の右には建物にめり込むほど大きく生長した欅の木があります。御朱印の授与もありますが、休館日などの受付状況は事前に確認が必要です。
