境内は手入れが行き届いており、趣のある落ち着いた雰囲気です。山門から本堂までは直線的な参道で、周辺には駐車場もあります。鷹見泉石の墓所があり、木には鳥の巣箱も設置されています。入り口が分かりにくい場合があるため、正面から向かうのがスムーズです。
