那珂川河畔の断崖絶壁の先端にひっそりと位置する神社です。参拝には急な崖を降りる道やハシゴを通る必要があり、足元に注意が必要です。毎年5月には例大祭が執り行われ、子供向けに焼そばや水風船が配られるなど賑わいを見せます。
