大國魂神社の境内社に位置し、地下から汲み上げられたご神水が竜頭口から流れ出しています。社務所では人形（ひとがた）流しが行われており、願いを書いて流すことで厄災を祓うことができます。御水取りの時期には参拝者で賑わう様子も見られます。
