かつて小学校の校庭に鎮座していた神社で、現在は廃校となった校舎や体育館の周辺に位置しています。地元の歴史と深く結びついた静かな雰囲気の神社であり、夜にはフクロウの鳴き声が聞こえることもあります。北側の狭い坂道や体育館脇を通ってアクセスできる裏口のような入り口があります。
