安産や子育ての祈願で知られ、戌の日などは賑わいますが、普段は落ち着いた雰囲気です。駐車場は狭いものの、次々に車が動くためスムーズに停められます。お線香の煙を体に当てるご祈願や、帰り際の餅の配布、寺務所での御朱印受付など、参拝者のための配慮が行き届いています。
