こじんまりとしていますが、管理が行き届いており、境内は非常に清浄で居心地の良い雰囲気です。駐車場はありますが、車での進入には注意が必要です。御朱印の受付があり、美しい筆致で揮毫されます。季節によってはイチョウの紅葉や、太鼓の演奏、おしるこの振る舞いなどの催しが行われることもあります。
