海に面した高台に位置し、遠くからでもきらめく紅白の屋根が目立つ神社です。境内は静寂に包まれており、石灯籠や木造の拝殿など細部まで丁寧に作られた荘厳で柔らかな雰囲気が漂っています。本殿へ向かう階段や手水舎があり、周辺にはお守りや絵馬を販売する屋台も点在しています。
