東山駅から近く、人通りの多い通りに位置していますが、入り口が狭いため見落としやすい場所です。境内はこじんまりとしていますが、本堂前には整備された庭園があり、落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせます。御朱印は書き置きでいただくことができ、駐車場はないため近隣のコインパーキングを利用するのが便利です。
