山の上にある静かなお寺で、境内からは榎戸湊や野島、六浦湊、遠方の房総まで見渡せる展望の良さが特徴です。弾丸除け地蔵などの見どころがありますが、寺までは車が通れない細い道を通る必要があり、道が分かりづらい点に注意が必要です。
