境内には、江戸時代の永代橋崩落の犠牲者を供養する塔があり、今も花が供えられています。参道奥の階段を上ると、伊達家から寄進された四脚門や、独特の造りの梵鐘など、歴史を感じさせる見どころがあります。規模はそれほど大きくありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気で参拝できます。
