大國魂神社の末社で、崖線から湧き出る水や立派な欅の御神木があるのが特徴です。競馬場に近いため、多くの有名ジョッキーの色紙が飾られており、馬好きの方にも親しまれています。境内には湧き水からできた小さな池がありますが、柵で囲まれているため中に入ることはできません。
