境内には土俵があり、夏には子供たちの相撲大会やお地蔵様のお祭りが行われるなど、地域との関わりが深い賑やかな雰囲気があります。鳥居の両側には見事なケヤキの巨樹が立っていますが、駐車場がない点には注意が必要です。
