広い境内に大きな樹木がそびえ立ち、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気が漂う神社です。日陰が多く日差しを避けるのにも適しており、周辺には石造遺物や旧ゲートボール跡地も見られます。専用の駐車場やトイレは確認できませんが、地元の方々の信仰の厚さがうかがえる綺麗な社殿です。
