公園と地続きの境内には子供たちが遊ぶ姿が見られ、清掃が行き届いた落ち着いた雰囲気の神社です。普段は本殿の門が閉じられていますが、毎月1日と15日には開門されます。御朱印は本務社である若宮八幡宮でいただくことができ、地元の人々に親しまれている様子が伺えます。
