境内は美しく厳かな雰囲気に包まれており、拝殿には多くの絵馬や相撲番付が奉納されています。駐車場はないため、周辺の道の駅や観光駐車場を利用するのが便利です。季節によっては紅葉も美しく、周辺には登山道もありますが、野生動物への注意が必要です。
