石切参道の商店街に位置し、周囲の風景に馴染んだ佇まいです。滝に打たれるような姿の不動明王を祀っており、病気平癒や家内安全などの祈祷が行われます。寺務所では手書きの御朱印のほか、お守りや絵馬の授与も可能です。御朱印の受付は呼び鈴で合図を送る仕組みとなっています。
