岩倉駅から徒歩圏内にあり、駐車場も完備されています。秘仏である十一面観音の拝観には事前の予約が必要ですが、住職による解説を聞きながら拝むことができます。焼失した頭部を補うライトアップや、彩色・金箔の残る独特の表情など、貴重な仏像の姿を間近に拝めるのが見どころです。
