旧日光街道から入ると右手に広い駐車場があり、境内は非常に綺麗に整えられています。お盆の時期にはお茶や塩分タブレット、消毒液が設置されるなど、参拝者への配慮が見られます。御朱印の受付も行われており、周辺には他にも立派な寺院が多く点在しています。
