History
In the seventh month of the sixth year of the Kansei era (1794 CE), a branch spirit was welcomed from Akihaba Shrine in Tōtōmi, and a single shrine was constructed on shared village land for worship. The shrine was destroyed by fire due to wartime damage in the seventh month of the twentieth year of the Shōwa era (1945 CE). The current shrine buildings were completed in the fifth month of the twenty-sixth year of the Shōwa era (1951 CE).
