境内には、唐人お吉の恋人であった船大工・鶴松の墓や、津波の犠牲者を供養する津なみ塚があります。山門をくぐり左側の藤棚を進むと、看板のあるお墓を見つけることができます。阿弥陀堂には指定文化財の坐像が安置されており、歴史を感じさせる落ち着いた雰囲気の寺院です。
