高台に位置しており、海や周辺の集落を一望できる素晴らしい眺望が楽しめます。境内には造船会社から寄贈された大きな船のスクリューが奉納されています。長い石段を登るルートのほか、裏手から入る道もあり、駐車場や周辺の環境を含め参拝の際のルート選びが可能です。
