境内は非常にきれいで、季節ごとに花が咲いており、落ち着いた雰囲気の寺院です。新しい道路の近くに位置していますが、周辺の道が少し分かりにくい場合があります。下総三十三観音霊場十八番札所でもあり、蓮の種が見られる時期もあります。
