境内には大きな宝篋印搭やぼけ封じ観音像があり、四国八十八ヶ所霊場のお砂踏みも可能です。備後西国観音霊場十六番札所でもあり、正月には歴史を聴く機会があることも紹介されています。護摩行のお堂がありますが、トイレの設備はありません。
