大田八幡宮の南西に位置し、入り口の両脇には小さな御堂が建てられています。本堂は民家風の造りで、外からでもご本尊を拝むことが可能です。行事のない時は無住無人のようですが、生花が供えられており、管理が行き届いている様子が伺えます。
