境内には因幡の白兎の物語をモチーフにした、まつぼっくりを添えられた可愛らしいうさぎの石像がたくさん並んでいます。出雲大社が縁結びの神となったきっかけを説明する碑もあり、参道から少し歩いた場所にある西神苑の芝生広場周辺は、子供連れでも楽しめる雰囲気です。
