境内には眼病にご利益があると言われる地蔵尊が祀られており、大きな赤い提灯が並ぶ様子は京都らしい風情があります。十三重石塔の背後には老梅が咲くなど、季節の草花も楽しめます。参拝の際は、普段は見られない地蔵尊の様子や、周辺の環境を含めて巡ることができます。
