境内はそれほど広くはありませんが、本堂が堂々として端正に整った佇まいです。建物は昭和以降に再建されたものですが、大正時代の灯籠なども見られます。徳川家との縁を感じさせる葵紋が瓦などに施されているのが特徴です。
