福山駅から徒歩圏内にあり、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の神社です。参道には灯籠が並び、石段を登った先には本殿や手水舎があります。境内は広くありませんが、森の中を散策できる道や、隣接する福山八幡宮への参道も繋がっています。御朱印の受付や、おみくじの提供も行われています。
