学問の神様として知られ、受験シーズンには多くの参拝者が訪れます。境内はこじんまりとしており、合格祈願の絵馬が多く吊るされています。駐車場は鳥居を潜った先にあり、牛の像を撫でるなどの参拝も行われています。トイレは隣接する公園にあります。
