名神高速道路の近く、道路から少し離れた場所にこぢんまりと佇む神社です。境内には大きなクスノキがあり、桂川の治水事業に関する記念碑も立っています。本殿は建屋に覆われて見えませんが、参拝すると気持ちが落ち着くという声があります。
