境内には、螺旋状のスロープで水面まで降りられる珍しい形の井戸があり、現在は水が枯れています。立派な塀に囲まれた境内には多くの建物や仏像が並び、吉野川の氾濫水位を刻んだ柱や、素朴な築山も見どころの一つです。
