12月上旬には三河地方で唯一の酉の市が開催され、商売繁盛の熊手やダルマの店が並び、三本締めも行われます。境内は庭園が美しく、のんびりとお参りできる雰囲気ですが、階段が多いため足の不自由な方は注意が必要です。街中にあるため駐車場は少なく、公共交通機関でのアクセスが便利です。
