知多新四国霊場七十五番札所であり、正法院の敷地内にある石段を上った場所に御堂があります。御朱印は階段下の正法院でいただけます。正面の階段は急ですが、横から進むと楽なルートもあります。広い駐車場があり、バスでのアクセスも便利です。
