山一面に広がる桜の景色が美しく、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の寺院です。本堂内には天狗立像や役行者像、不動明王像など多くの寺宝が安置されており、寺宝巡りの見どころとなっています。駐車場は門の前にスペースがあるほか、御朱印の授与も行われています。
