本堂は建中寺の霊廟を移築した建築物で、かつては極彩色の模様が描かれていたことが伺えます。現在は風雨に晒され色彩は褪せていますが、枯れたような淡い風情があります。境内には御手水の蛙があり、ご住職は非常に優しいと評判です。なお、御朱印の受付は行われていません。
