住宅街に位置し、入口がやや分かりづらいものの、正門前の木立が続く趣のある雰囲気です。境内は緑に囲まれ、野鳥の声も聞こえる自然豊かな環境で、本堂裏の竹林も情緒があります。手水舎にはカラス避けのネットが張られているなど、自然との共生を感じさせる場所です。
