雪景色が美しく、澄んだ空気の中で静かに参拝できる落ち着いた雰囲気の神社です。大きな御神木や、境内から通れる殺生石、足湯などの見どころがあります。社務所では御朱印や授与品が用意されていますが、拝殿へは階段があるため、車椅子での参拝には注意が必要です。
