山手観音堂から道沿いに車を停め、階段を上った場所に位置しています。本尊の一願地蔵菩薩は、一番大事な願いを叶えてくれるとされ、毎月24日には護摩供養が行われています。納経所は本堂右側の引き戸から入ることができ、呼び鈴を押すと筆書きの対応が受けられます。
