遊園地内にある、自然に囲まれたオアシスのような雰囲気の神社です。立派な幟が並んでいますが、鳥居や社殿には経年変化が見られます。境内には遊園地での事故に関する慰霊碑が設置されています。御朱印の受付はありません。
