吉香公園の堀に面して立つ、矢倉を模した楼閣風の建築物です。1階部分は土間敷きで広く開放されていますが、2階へは階段が施錠されており上がることができません。堀越しに眺める姿は風情があり、吉香神社への参拝の際に立ち寄るのに適したスポットです。
