「お菊の皿」の伝説に関連する割れた皿を見学することができ、事前申し込みで寺内での鑑賞が可能です。境内は山の斜面に多くの堂や鐘撞堂が並び、千手観音や不動明王などの仏像も点在しています。春には見事な紅梅が咲き、夕方の街並みも美しい景観です。
